Our no-IC iPhone screens are an excellent solution for those looking to easily move the display IC from one screen to another.
The flex has been cleaned and professionally re-balled in order to make the process as smooth as possible. We have also added a white box to the flex to help you guide the IC into the perfect location.
We recommend you only attempt this repair if you have the correct equipment and a solid understanding of board level work.
